I began my roofing career in 1987 apprenticing under one of the nations' top leak repair experts. I always say there is nothing like fixing hundreds of other people's mistakes to really understand deeply what works and what doesn't. 

I am passionate about maintaining a Company Culture of Kindness, Appreciation, & Respect for all of our team members & all of our clients. 

I am passionate about helping people reach for their full potential.

I hold a doctoral degree, a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration degree. 

I am a Certified Master of Wing Chun Kung Fu. 

I am also a Certified Leadership Trainer certified by John C. Maxwell, one of the worlds' most knowledgeable leadership experts. 

Even with all my schooling, training, and certifications, I believe it is important to lead from the front ... even on the dirtiest parts of the job ... as you can see from this recent picture taken after cleaning a particularly dirty roof. It is great for morale when I get out & work side-by-side with our installation teams.
